    SMARTFIX® Double-Sided Fine Foam Pad - 180mm - Yellow

    The SMARTFIX Fine Foam Pad is designed for the refinement stage, capable of removing moderate surface defects while delivering an excellent finish. Made from a new precision-engineered yellow foam, it has been specially developed to achieve maximum performance with double-sided systems, ensuring both efficiency and consistency during the polishing process.

    The waffle face design provides greater rotational stability and enhances user comfort by creating a smoother, more controlled polishing experience. Since the waffle pattern reduces full surface contact, the pad operates at cooler temperatures, minimizing heat build-up and lowering the risk of damaging paintwork. Perfectly compatible with the BigFoot LH19E as well as any rotary polisher, the SMARTFIX Fine Foam Pad offers the ideal balance of correction and finish. For the best results, we recommend pairing it with our Rotary Fine Compound or Marine XF500 or XP700 Polishes.

    Register directly with the manufacturer using your unit’s serial number. Manufacturer registration is the fastest path to warranty support if you ever need it.

    3. What does the manufacturer warranty cover?

    Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Damage from impact, improper installation, or saltwater corrosion (without protection) may be excluded. Check brand-specific terms in your unit’s documentation.

    4. Can I extend the warranty?

    Some manufacturers offer extended-coverage programs through their registration portals. We don’t sell third-party warranty programs.
