Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Marine Electronics Depot. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending any return. Please contact us to obtain your RMA number.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to opened items that are returned. Items returned in unopened, factory-sealed condition are not subject to a restocking fee.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective product, we will exchange it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a defective item exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Activated software or electronic chart cards
• DVDs that have been opened
• Items with activated manufacturer warranties
• Items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@marineelectronicsdepot.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with an RMA number and return shipping instructions. Returns are shipped directly to our warehouse for inspection.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
